Electrical System

Every apartment has its own electrical circuit and meter. The main switch is located on the first floor. The electrical system is 110V with  conection for 220V for the water heater, washer and dryer. Gas operated oven and or water heater. Emergency plant for operating the elevators and two lamps in every apartment as well as all mayor common areas.

 

Water and Sewer

All apartments have potable water system, sewer and rain water as well at hot water built in pipe. One electrical pump to guarantee the water supply, all floors have emergency cabinets with fire hoses as well as fire extinguishers, the complex has a large water tank.

 

Air Conditioning

The apartment have two central air conditioning units one for the beedrooms and one for the living areas.   All apartments have their own independent  air conditioning system.
